Article 1 · Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ITWORKS("Company") operating the Inyeon (인연) service ("Service") and its users ("User").

Article 2 · Definitions

1. 01The "Service" refers to the Korean-language concierge service operated by the Company for foreign visitors to Korea. As of the effective date of these Terms, the Service consists of restaurant reservation assistance and a Korean-language concierge.
2. 02The "User" refers to anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service, whether as a Member or a non-Member.
3. 03The "Member" refers to a person who has registered an account and can continuously use the Service.
4. 04A "Booking" refers to a confirmed request from the User for a specific date, party size, or scope, accepted by the Company.
5. 05The "Service Fee" refers to the consideration paid by the User to the Company for the brokerage / concierge work. Costs charged by third parties (e.g. restaurants, couriers) are separate from the Service Fee.

Article 5 · Services and Fees

As of the effective date, the Company offers the following services. Fees for each are displayed on the corresponding service page and at the time of booking.

• —Restaurant reservation: USD 3.32 per restaurant, or USD 11.10 for a 4-restaurant bundle. Users with a referral code receive 10% off (USD 2.99 / USD 9.99 respectively).
• —Korean-speaking concierge: Single request KRW 19,000, extended KRW 38,000, half-day support KRW 130,000.

Scope limitation. The Korean-speaking concierge service is limited to plain communication assistance — placing phone calls in Korean on the User’s behalf, translating documents, looking up publicly available information, and coordinating one-off transactions. It does not include legal, medical, tax, or financial advice; medical diagnosis; tour-product sales; or any other activity that requires a license, registration, or professional qualification under Korean law (including but not limited to the Attorney-at-Law Act, Medical Service Act, Certified Tax Accountant Act, and Tourism Promotion Act). Requests of that nature are declined and the Service Fee is refunded.

Article 6 · Payment

1. 01Service Fees are collected via a secure payment link issued by the Company, processed by PayPal Pte. Ltd. (international credit / debit cards accepted; a PayPal account is not required) or by international bank transfer via Wise. Payment processing is additionally governed by the terms of the respective payment service provider.
2. 02The Company confirms availability before issuing a payment link. Bookings are finalized only after payment is confirmed. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.
3. 03If you suspect unauthorized payment, notify the Company immediately.
4. 04The Company will give at least 7 days advance notice before changing the available payment methods.

Article 10 · Limitation of Liability

1. 01The Company acts as an intermediary between the User and third-party providers (e.g. restaurants) and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of services provided by such third parties. However, the Company is directly responsible for the brokerage work it performs itself (placing reservation calls, translation, Korean-language communication on behalf of the User).
2. 02The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the User.
3. 03The Company is not responsible for any profit or benefit the User expected to gain through the Service.
4. 04Where the Company is liable, its total liability shall not exceed the actual Service Fee paid for the relevant booking, except in cases of the Company's intentional or gross negligence.

Article 11 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith; failing which, Users may seek mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr, 1372) or competent dispute resolution bodies under Korean consumer protection law.
