We refuse most of what this category does. No rankings, no countdowns, no promises to reply in one minute. We answer with consideration, within a day. We take the requests that fit and decline the ones that don't — staying small is how the work stays careful.
The word 인연 names a tie that existed before two people ever met. That is the standard for every reservation, every call, every errand — when you sit down at the table, it should feel less like arriving and more like being expected.
